Acceptability refers to ‘the perception among implementation stakeholders that a given treatment, service, practice, or innovation is agreeable, palatable, or satisfactory’. Commonly used terms: Satisfaction with various aspects of the innovation (e.g. content, complexity, comfort, delivery, and credibility). Proctor et al, 2011
